Note: These Terms of Circle are supplemental to the site-wide Terms of Service and govern participation in My Inner Circle of Friends.

Supplemental Terms for My Inner Circle of Friends

These Supplemental Terms apply specifically to participation in My Inner Circle of Friends (the “Circle”), a voluntary spiritual offering accessible on GimmeMovie.com (the “Site”), which is managed by NorthStarMD, LLC (the “Company”) and hosted by Dr. Anthony. These Supplemental Terms are in addition to the site-wide Terms of Service, which continue to govern your general use of the Site.

By registering, you kindly confirm that you are 18 years or older and that you’re joining us from a place where it’s okay for you to access and enjoy this community. We’re glad to have you here!

By engaging with the Circle — including visiting the Site, accessing its materials, joining a membership level, or participating in any part of this offering — you agree to the following:

1. Voluntary and Spiritual in Nature

• The Circle is a spiritually focused community of friends.
• While it operates as a membership program, it is not therapy, medical care, or professional advice.
• Participation is always voluntary and offered in good faith.

2. Content Use and Sharing

• All reflections, resources, and writings shared within the Circle:
• Are for personal spiritual enrichment only
• Must not be redistributed, copied, or reused outside the Circle without explicit permission
• May be withdrawn, revised, or archived at the discretion of the host

3. Membership and Contributions

• If you choose to support the Circle by joining a membership level:
• Your contribution is voluntary and non-refundable
• You may cancel your membership at any time
• Membership benefits may evolve or change based on capacity and discernment

4. Community Agreements

• Participants are expected to engage with:
• Kindness, respect, and confidentiality
• A willingness to honor the spiritual tone of the space
• Awareness that access may be limited or removed if conduct harms the integrity of the Circle

5. No Guarantees or Claims

The Circle, Dr. Anthony, NorthStarMD,LLC. and its associates make no promises of healing, transformation, or outcomes. All reflections and content are shared as part of a spiritual belief — not as expert guidance, medical advice, medical treatment, psychiatric advice, psychiatric treatment, or other certified care.

6. Important Health Reminder

We joyfully celebrate God’s miracles here, but this Circle is not a source of medical or psychological advice. Always seek diagnosis, treatment, and guidance from a licensed healthcare or mental health professional — not from Dr. Anthony or the Company. If you wish to incorporate prayer into your care, consult your doctor on how it may be a meaningful part of your treatment plan. God authors the miracle, and a caring professional is often present to treat the whole person and witness the outcome, helping the story shine for His glory — reminding us that professional care remains essential.

7. Modifications

These Supplemental Terms may be updated periodically. Any substantial changes will be noted within the Circle. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Testimonials and Witness Accounts

• Within the Circle, personal stories of healing, transformation, or what may be perceived as miracles may be shared. These accounts are offered freely by individuals as witness testimonies, not as claims or proofs of guaranteed outcomes.
• Dr. Anthony does not claim authorship, control, or responsibility for any miracle reported.
• These stories are presented to give glory to God and to acknowledge the mystery and grace of what may be possible when God deems it appropriate.
• No testimonial should be understood as a promise, expectation, or pattern that others will experience something similar.

9. Submitting a Testimony – Your Consent

• If you choose to share a testimony or personal story for inclusion within the Circle, whether in writing, audio, or video:
• You confirm that the experience is your own and that you share it voluntarily.
• You consent to its use within this spiritual community, which may include presentation in private member content, prayer gatherings, or retreats.
• You may request removal or anonymization at any time by contacting us.
• By submitting, you acknowledge that your story may be interpreted by others as spiritual in nature, but that no outcomes are implied or promised.
• The Circle reserves the right to gently decline or edit submissions to preserve clarity, confidentiality, or alignment with its tone.

10. Community Guidelines

To keep our Circle welcoming and nurturing, please:

• Be Respectful: Share your thoughts with kindness. Avoid anything illegal, hurtful, hateful, or harmful. Treat others as you’d like to be treated.
• Share Responsibly: Only post content you have the right to share. Respect others’ creations and privacy.
• Be Authentic: Be yourself—no pretending to be someone else. Honesty helps build trust.
• Protect the Circle: Help keep our site safe by not trying to break or disrupt it. No hacking, viruses, or automated tools without permission.
• Respect Privacy: Don’t share personal info about others without their okay.
• No Spam: Please avoid promotions, spammy links, or unrelated advertising.
• Follow the Law: Use the site in a way that respects all laws and regulations.

11. Community Support & Membership Level

By joining My Inner Circle of Friends, you gain free access to all spiritual content available to the community. As part of the Circle experience, you may occasionally see invitations—whether in videos, on webpages, or in posts—to support and help grow the community. These are optional marketing messages, and you’re free to enjoy all content without participating.

Upgrading your membership is completely voluntary and provides increased voting power, giving you a greater voice in community decisions and direction. Please know that choosing not to upgrade will not affect your access to content, your membership standing, or your place within the Circle, regardless of your membership level (Open Heart, Supporting Heart, True Heart, etc.).

We appreciate all members, regardless of membership level, and encourage you to participate in ways that feel right for you—without any pressure or obligation.
